Privacy notice
Updated 2 November 2026
OFFFOLD is a brand run by an individual based in China. This notice covers visits to offfold.com and messages to support@offfold.com. This site has no accounts, checkout, upload form or mailing-list signup.
Website visits
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. Delivering pages involves information such as your IP address, requested page, request time and browser information. Cloudflare also provides visit and page-performance analytics so we can understand traffic and improve the site. Its network and security processing is separate from those analytics. Visiting this website does not mean that all processing stays on your device.
Your display preferences
If you choose a language or manually choose a theme, your browser stores that preference in localStorage. These settings are not account identifiers and are not sent to OFFFOLD by our application code. You can remove them through your browser’s site-data controls; selecting the system theme also removes the saved theme choice.
When you email us
We receive your sender address, message and any attachments you send, and use them to respond, resolve the inquiry and keep necessary correspondence. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please share only what is needed and do not send passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive documents.
Providers and retention
Cloudflare and the email services carrying our correspondence process information needed to provide their services. Cloudflare operates internationally, so website data may be processed outside your country, including the United States. We retain correspondence only as needed for the inquiry, follow-up, security or legal obligations, then delete it. Provider-managed network records follow their applicable retention practices; no single fixed period covers every record.
Your information and choices
Contact support@offfold.com to ask about processing or request access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law. Include enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence; we may request proportionate verification. You may also contact a competent data-protection authority. We will update this notice before introducing materially different processing, such as accounts or sales.
